Dr. McMillan was a godsend when we had to say goodbye to our dear 14 year old companion, Buddy, who had become too ill to go on.  She came in a snowstorm to our house for his departure, a true mission of mercy that made it so much easier for Buddy and for us, enabling his last moments to be peaceful in familiar surroundings.  She was very compassionate and gentle, and she handled all the arrangements for his cremation at Faithful Companions.  We are very grateful for the service she provided and we highly recommend her end-of-life care for beloved pets.

Dr. McMillan went above and beyond to help my elderly parents when their 13 yo golden retriever was at the end of her life. They were unable to take Zoey to their regular vet as she could no longer walk. Dr. McMillan made a house call to them on a Saturday morning and provided excellent care as she helped end Zoey's long and happy life. Dr. McMillan was calm, compassionate and very thoughtful to ensure Zoey was relaxed and never in pain. She also arranged for the body to be picked up in a timely manner and taken for cremation. We are so grateful that she was there for us when we needed her help.
